The central location was perfect for exploring. My family suite was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. Breakfast was timely and tasty. Great experience overall! 😊

Bad smell of toilet in the room was unbearable, even after room freshener used. Parking situation is a hassle. Had to park on the street without covered options, which could be tricky with multiple cars. Checkout time at 11 AM seems tight given the place's popularity, especially when the 24-hour check-in policy is in play.

Mattress springs bothered my back, but the staff made it comfortable by adding a quilt when I mentioned it. The polite attitude of all the staff, especially in the restaurant, truly stood out. However, the room telephone didn't work, and there were no contact numbers available in the room. I found it odd that they were only in an envelope. Additionally, I booked a Deluxe Double Room but got twin beds instead, despite a confirmed reservation for a large bed. Staff mentioned no large beds were available. Meals were not satisfactory. I received only a thin dosa for dinner and was informed that extras would incur charges. Upon my arrival around 3 PM, they stated lunch was over, leaving me to order food from outside. Printing documents came with a fee, which felt unnecessary. Despite these issues, one employee was friendly and helpful. Overall, while there were bright spots, several areas definitely need addressing.
